Forest City Military Communities is excited to announce the upcoming “Resident Satisfaction Survey.” 
The survey will be hand delivered to every “even numbered” home during the first week in May. Not to
worry, the odd numbered homes will be surveyed in the fall. 
This year each Sound will be giving away a grand prize- A BBQ and Bistro Patio Set.  In addition, the
first 75 residents from the North and the first 75 residents from the West to mail in their completed
survey at the Neighborhood Management Office will receive a gift card worth between the amounts
of $5-$75 to local stores and businesses.
The survey only takes five minutes to complete. So, “Take 5” and be eligible for a gift certificate and/or
the grand prize!  Resident input is tremendously helpful; it allows Forest City military Communities to
recognize great work being done by property management and inform them of what they can do better.
To receive a gift card, residents must complete the survey, put it in the included pre-addressed,
pre-paid return envelope, and deliver it in person to your Neighborhood Management Office.  Remember
to get there early! Survey responses are strictly confidential.
