Command of CNATTU changes

Leadership for the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island recently
changed with Cmdr. Terry W. Pulliam assuming command from Capt. (sel) Michael K. Price. The ceremony also welcomed
aboard new Executive Officer, Cmdr. David A. Latosky.
During the ceremony, Price thanked the men and women of CNATTU for a successful tour and a “history of turning out the
finest technicians and Sailors”. Under his 15 months in command, CNATTU saw the merger of the fire school, Fleet Aviation
Specialized Operational Training Group Pacific Fleet (FASO) and the main school house combined into one larger entity.
Pulliam also spoke on what he expected from the staff and instructors.
“The training, knowledge and experience you provide to each student is crucial and instrumental in the launching of EA-6B
Prowler, P-3 Orion and EP-3 Aries aircraft around the world,” Pulliam said.
The day’s ceremony ended with a reception at the NAS Whidbey Officer’s Club.
