community’s “Best of the Best” at the annual Electronic Attack Awards at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island,
Aug. 7. Russell presented award winners with a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and a plaque
provided by Northrop Grumman and the Pratt and Whitney Corporation. Russell praised the entire Electronic
Attack community for their continued professionalism during a period of continued high tempo tasking.
