NAS Whidbey MWR Judo goals are maximum efficiency, mutual benefit and welfare, and eventual perfection of human character. Accomplishing these goals, at all levels of participation, requires unending physical conditioning and focus. The product yields strong self-esteem, superior self defense technique, coordination, and unequaled tenacity.

NAS Judo acknowledges the untiring support of the NAS Whidbey MWR Staff. Their effort is critical to the success of the program.
